New City Kids Registration

We're excited to welcome your family to New City! 

Fill out this form to pre-register your kids to attend our weekend service. We're excited to meet your family. 

Our nursery is available for kids 0-3 years old. Kids Ministry is for kids ages 3 (and potty trained) through 6th grade. 
 
Our service starts at 8:30AM, 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM with check-in starting 15 minutes before each service.
 
Fill out at least one adult per family. We’ll use this contact during the service if we need to get ahold of you. 
 
After you complete the registration, we’ll send you a confirmation email with directions and check-in instructions.

Leave the grade blank for infants and toddlers and select the grade for the 2025-26 school year for older kids.
